About the event
La Mola Fortress offers a unique theatrical experience to discover its history with 'La Sombra de La Mola'. The show combines heritage, mystery, and the magic of sunset. Actor Josep Mercadal performs a monologue written by Carlos Garrido, set within the fortress's walls, galleries, and underground passages. The play, set in the 1950s, reconstructs military life and revives local legends, transforming the fortress into a living stage. You can access the site before the performance to visit the historic Vickers Gun. Performances take place every Thursday in July, August, and September, with times varying according to sunset (July: 8:00 PM, August: 7:30 PM, September: 7:00 PM). General admission is €16, with discounts for Menorca residents and those over 65 (€13.50), and for children aged 6 to 16 (€12). Advance booking is required.
