Description
This practical series combines theory and participatory activities to help you provide emotional support to your children and discuss sex education appropriately and respectfully. Through real-life examples, communication exercises, and strategies for managing emotions, you will gain tools to:
- Foster a trusting and open relationship at home.
- Recognize and support emotional and physical changes during adolescence.
- Talk about sexuality with clear, correct, and age-appropriate language.
- Address topics such as consent, boundaries, identity, and diversity.
- Protect your children in digital and social environments.
Methodology
- Participatory sessions, group activities, practical case studies, and Q&A sessions.
