About the event
A cooking class focused on preparing Christmas dishes without the stress. We will make: Pickled beetroot carpaccio with orange, Mackerel escabeche with sea fennel, Mini spinach flans with Menorca mushrooms, and Almond nougat panna cotta with cinnamon crisp.
