About the event
Presentation of the book 'Les serventes' in Maó. Josep Maria Quintana's work, based on real events, tells the story of women recruited by Opus Dei with the promise of a better future, who ended up in a life of service and silence. The novel reconstructs documented facts and uses fiction to recover an experience shared by many women.
