Just the desire to have a good time, enjoy the music, and let yourself be carried away by the rhythm. Invite your friends, partner, colleagues, or whoever you want! Come try it out, laugh, move your body, and share a time full of energy and joy. If you like it, we meet every Wednesday at 5:15 PM to keep dancing.
