Menorca Doc Fest: documentary short film screenings
The Menorca Doc Fest invites the public to its documentary short film screenings, where sixteen short films are competing for awards in this eighth edition. Screenings will take place on October 9th and 10th at the Sala Multifuncional in Es Mercadal.
Friday, October 9th
Session 1, at 7:00 PM (VOSC, +12, 66 min). Dreams for a Better Past, by Albert Kuhn; Diciembre, by Diego Poncelet; Wainitai, by Pablo García-Vizcarra, and Pedro Tomás explica el mundo, by Kornelijus Stučkus.
Session 2, at 8:15 PM (VOSC, +12, 74 min). Souvenir, by Macià Florit Campins; Princesa, 20, by Marina Freixa Roca; El congelador, by Raúl de la Fuente Calle and Amaia Remírez, and L’últim vaquer de Hollywood, by Jordi Nadal Perelló.

The Ullastre Award for Best Documentary, the Award for Best Balearic Documentary Short Film, the Aula Doc Award, the award for the candidate for the Fugaz Awards, and the Audience Award will be presented. The jury is composed of Joan Carles Martorell, Anna Petrus, and Xavi Herrero.
