About the event

A comedy that humorously amplifies and exaggerates the constant demand to be happy and enjoy life. Two twin siblings live with their mother, with whom they share an exaggeratedly Oedipal bond, and are about to celebrate their fortieth birthday. While waiting for guests who never arrive, we witness their continuous attempts and successive failures to achieve happiness. In a world where having a good time is an imposition, a birthday represents the peak of happiness. "Happy birthday to you" ceases to be a wish and becomes an unsustainable obligation.
