About the event
The Teatre des Born in Ciutadella presents ‘Delicate Words’, an object theatre piece by Minúcia Teatre. The play tells the story of Miguel, a young man who, during his military service in an unknown land, becomes captivated by its people, landscapes, and language. In this new environment, Miguel discovers the profound power of words, beginning to collect and classify them: luminous, forgotten, cherished, unimagined, delicate words… The audience will immerse themselves in an intimate and poetic journey, where a carpenter, Joan, brings each word to life through the objects in his workshop. This staging, which blends tradition and modernity, creates a warm and engaging atmosphere, inviting reflection and dialogue on emotions, friendship, love, and the cultural value of communication. The play, lasting 45 minutes and performed in Catalan, is recommended for ages six and up and costs €14.
