About the event
The Indi Gest company presents ‘The Last Atom’ at the Teatre des Born, a play written and directed by Jordi Oriol that reflects on the power of words in times of crisis. What if the end of the world began when we stopped finding the words to explain it? While a group of government advisors tries to avert an apocalypse under an ultimatum, a family faces two intimate losses: a daughter who doesn't return and a grandmother who slowly loses her words. The theatrical proposal raises questions about existence and reality, exploring whether what we stop naming also ceases to exist, or if it is words that end up transforming reality. This tragicomedy invites reflection on the human need to create stories and meanings, offering an experience that blends emotion and stagecraft.
