About the event
LINA_ (Berlin, 1984) and Marco Mezquida (Maó, 1987) unite their artistic universes in a unique performance at the Principal de Maó to present "O Fado" (Galileo MC, 2025). This new record work is an emotional journey that combines original compositions, poems by great authors, and a personal reinterpretation of fado classics. The show, described as delicate and intense, transforms fado into a new soundscape, full of nuances, beauty, and emotion. LINA_, passionate about fado since childhood, has consolidated her career with several international awards. Marco Mezquida is recognized as one of the most brilliant and unique figures of his generation on the piano. The event will take place on October 30, 2026, at 8:30 PM.
